Is this information current? Who maintains it? |
| |
This information may or may not be current depending on how well it is maintained.
It is maintained by two levels of people, those who can edit for their district and those who can edit themselves.
District level administrators can add new users when employees come or go, but any employee with a recognized email
address has the ability to add and edit themselves. |
| |
Who determines what contact information is available to who online? |
| |
This is determined ultimately by the person whose information appears here based on what type of information it is. For example, an employee may
allow anyone online to view their email address while giving only people with a user account in the system rights to access their phone number and letting only people from their
district to see their home phone number. |

Why is my contact information not on here or not correct? |
| |
There are two reasons your data may not be on here or not be correct, you can correct either of them by yourself in a matter of a few minutes.
- You were not entered in by your district administrator - in which case you can Add Yourself
- You have not updated your profile - in which case you may Register
|
| |
My info is not in the directory yet, how do I get it there? - Add Self |
| |
You must first have an email address with a recognized school. If you do, you can go to the registration page and enter that
email address. You will then receive a confirmation email containing a link. Click that link to verify your identity and it will take you to a create user form. That form will
collect the data necessary to finalize your registration. In the process of completing your registration, you will choose a user name and password. Make sure to write the password down
because it cannot be recovered, although it can be reset. |
| |
My info is already in the directory, how do I login? - Register |
| |
If you haven't created a username and password yet, you can do so by following the directions in the question above.
Once you have done that and successfully logged in, you can edit your information by selecting "Edit Profile" from the top nav menu. |
| |
How do I view privleged information? |
| |
You can gain rights to view privleged information in two different ways:
- By being within your district's network - Any computer within your district's network will be recognized as such and thereby entitled
to view any contact information which is set to district level visibility and is part of your district. This happens automatically when you browse to the
web page, so no special action is required.
- By logging in as a registered user - By logging in with a registered user account (which you can create if you don't
have one already), you can view information based on your administrative level and district. Using this mode you can also edit your own account or edit others
if you have been given appropriate privleges.

How do I edit my profile? |
| |
To edit your profile, you must first have created a user account, click here to take care of that if you have not done so already.
Once you have logged in, you can select the "Edit Profile" option from the top left navigation bar. This will take you to a page where you can edit your title, login credentials and a slew
of contact methods. When editing contact information, pay close attention to your visibility selection and make sure to read the visibility explanation on the right as this determines
who can see which pieces of your contact information. |
| |
Is my email address safe from spam? |
| |
Absolutely, we are not only protected from spammers, but they fear us! Click here to find out why. |
| |
What happens if I forget my password? |
| |
Coming Soon |
| |
Why isn't <contact info> available for <person>? |
| |
Because that person either hasn't entered it or they have blocked access to it from people who don't have accounts on the system. You best bet to get information
about a person that is not presented in their detail page is to either contact them by one of the methods available or contact the main office of their building or district
as listed in the directory. For more information, click here. |

I want a directory like this for my school! |
